I had serious lag due to PS 3 & 4 online so will have to see how it goes when only one PS is online.
Had good laughs when Hectic flipped me and I cracked the track when I landed.
The Escorts where a handful and only one racer set a time on the 5 lap race.
Open wheels were better but using the controller is difficult because not used to it for racing.
This game reminds me a lot of the first Grid and TOCO racing series because of the tracks and the style.
I get frustrated when the car starts to spin and I cannot recover, causing serious cussing so I will try the controller settings to see if this helps.

Ok so let me start with this, I can't find enough time during the day for Project Cars! The last time I was this excited about a sim racing game was with GT5 and then GT6.

In all fareness I have been out the sim racing for the past what 2 years since I got my PS4, sold my PS3 and then realised I had no games I could play.

So far Im loving every aspect of this game. Yes here and there they could fix things, but sitting here now, I can't think of one thing. My only drawback is that I have the Thrustmaster T80. No FB and hated it in the beginning. To be honest its cause I didn't google, I saw it and bought it assuming in todays age why would a wheel not have FB.

Anyway, after playing with some settings and putting in the time, you really do get use to it! Improving every session and putting in some fast laps and more importantly consistency over a race. AND no I'm not paying what like 6.5k for the T500 even though it is awesome....I'll continue with my T80 till sony sorts stuff out or new wheels enter the market and better price tags.

Anyway...I guess no real info here. This is just me raving about Projects Cars and some info for guys that where considering the T80 ;)

Thanks ron
looks ike ill be waiting for my wheel as i hate driving with a controller it just seems to defeat the object of a racing game
i have the ps 4 but even then ill have to dismantle my racing rig to put in the other steering wheel every time i switch from ps 3 to ps 4 because of the incompatabilty of wheels ( does the T 300 / 500 work on ps 3 ?)
thank you for all your reviews

Ok so what is the best wheels for Project cars / PS4 platform if I may ask?
Track drivers see the same corners a 1000 times, Rally drivers see a 1000 corners once....Richard Burns

The T100 is a budget wheel with force feedback and will sell between R2k - R2.5. A bit less if you are lucky.
The T300 has two models afik and will go probably go for R6k -  R6.5K.
No sure about the 500.

Speedy, let him Google Jack Spade setup files. I don't have a link atm, but if he Google Jack Spade FFB and G29, he should be able to track it down.

PC2 is the first platform to be used in 2018 fir the GOTISHI Series and I sure am looking forward to it.

Farewell AC and your fantastic physics.!

Having acquired GT Sport as well and spent quite a bit of time on each, about 80 hours, there is a personal comparison to be made and I just feel the presentation of cars in the PC2 menu falls flat with childish like drawings of cars and liveries which kinda makes me feel I am getting into a second hand car. Then glancing in my mirrors and seeing my opponents floating above the tarmac really does not feel right.

GT Sport, although not quite as sophisticated as PC2 in the Physics Department, has a very professional presentation of cars available, they look so life like and background so realistic one feels you cannot wait to jump on to drive and I seem to be more enthusiastic about the race.

Then it appears that both will provide decent online facilities for communicating, recording and other essentials needed for a successful CRCOZA Series, GT Sport is so similar to GT6 that it almost feels like coming home.

These are just my personal thoughts and it will be interesting to hear other views from Drivers fortunate enough to have access to both Games.
